Late in July of 2007 with a mortgage overdue of 2100.00 I checked my bank account. My online access showed $89.23. I began searching for alternatives to make money online. I ran a hugely successful sports memorabilia business up until terrorists decided to crash airplanes into buildings on 9/11. Prior to that date I was generating sales of 6-7 K per month selling sports cards. 9/11 changed all that instantly. The business died and I got a job, which I still have.
Whatever walk of life you choose economics will dictate your actions. I ran across one of these Make Money Now sites and invested my last few dollars. I learned a few things very quickly. I was not making money and the only people as far as I could tell that were these get Rich Quick schemers. Believe me I tried to make money. All I did was spend more than I made.
As part of my “package” I was given a blog. Usually a quick study I began to learn what I could produce and create with my blog. Suddenly I was able to market more than the 3 products I was allowed on my other site. I signed on with a few affiliates. I produced more income with SBI in 2 weeks than my prior 3 months. It began to take shape. Visitors increased daily and still are. My Alexa rank went form 9+ Mil to 1.4 million. My weekly Average bounces between 200 K and 500 K today.
I made contact with a few bloggers and learned more everyday. I would like to thank RobMalon.Com for answering some really stupid questions. I post all this today to share with anyone, you can do it too. I am working harder on this business and am making less money for more hard work than ever before in my life. I am however doing what I love and loving what I do. Granted there is much more to be learned, more tuition to be paid, but there is no doubt in my mind it will work. I suspect there are others out there in the same or worse situation than I. No matter how difficult your situation is, you can get through it if you don’t look too far into the future and focus on the present moment. You can get through anything one day at a time. With some brains and motivation you will succeed. Linked throughout this site are resources that I have used to start my online business. If I can answer any question you might have I will.
