A Word of Thanks on Thanksgiving

A year ago I was recovering from quintuple bypass surgery on my heart. I don’t suppose I have to tell you but for every breath I have taken since, I am thankful. I started my little blog in early August and would like to extend a few thanks to men and women who took the time to answer silly questions via e-mail, suggest, mentor or otherwise provide guidance. These folks are not listed in any particular order except the first one.
Courtney Tuttle had a Group Writing project to which I submitted an article very late. He graciously accepted it and posted in his 44 Internet Marketing Articles That Everyone Should Read: Internet Marketers Group Writing Project.
That single act of kindness put my blog on the map as many other sites back linked. Court you made this blogger feel worthy. Thank You.
One of the first sites I visited in my new endeavor was RobMalon.com. I emailed Rob with the most elementary of questions early on. Thinking back, he surely must have thought I was an idiot. He did not say so and answered my emails promptly and professionally. Thanks Rob.
I promoted my first contest through Phil at Contest Blogger. He truly is one of the good guys in the blog world. He taught a newbie plenty and we still communicate to catch up with one another. It’s always nice to get away from the posting once in a while and trade a few emails.
Entinee Teo won my first contest and a relationship was formed. I now advertise on his site, and feel certain he is the reason 9 % of my traffic comes from Singapore. He notified me the day my page got a Page Rank of 3, congratulating me. Thanks Etienne.
Dane Carlson at Business Opportunities Weblog is a successful, very busy man. Yet our conversation about advertising on his site evolved into a request by Dane to guest post on his site. Thank You Dane.
I advertise with Dev at DailyMoolah.com and he has turned me on to some profitable and functional ideas, a true gentleman. Thank you Dev.
Just in case you may think John Chow is too busy to check on the small fish, I wrote an email to him early one morning on what I thought was one of his better posts, The Power of Association. It was right on the mark. He took the time to thank me and wish me luck with my blog. Thought that was nice and I want to say Thank you.
I am certain I have left a few people out but one I will not forget is Caroline Middlebrook. She has just been someone who I can count on to just give me solid advice and forthright answers. No fuss, no muss, just truth. My first stop of the day, every day. Thanks Caroline.
Welcome feel free to look around. Subscribing to my Feed or Newsletter guarantees you don't miss any new content, give it two weeks, you will love it RSS feed. Thanks for visiting! Hope to see you again soon.
